Refunds
The booking deposit for a class is non-refundable.
If you cancel a training session, an administrative fee of $150 will be charged.
No refund if the client cancels seven (7) days or less before the training.
Changing the date incurs a fee of $100. The date of a class may be changed to another scheduled date only once.
Foreign students
Students from all over the world are welcome to take our in-person training courses. However, before registering, please review the procedures for entering Canada and ensure your eligibility.
Please also note that we will not take any steps to obtain your visa or any other document required to enter Canada. We do not provide invitations either.
